1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

2 Eligibility

Access to and use of the moi4d Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which must be satisfied at all times during your membership:

1. Age: You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your membership. moi4d strictly prohibits access by individuals under 21. Age is verified during the KYC process using government-issued Indonesian national identification (KTP).
2. Residency: The Platform is primarily designed for residents of Indonesia. You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence.
3. Legal Capacity: You must not be subject to any court order, legal restriction, or regulatory prohibition that prevents you from participating in online betting or gaming activities.
4. Single Account: Each person is permitted to hold exactly one Account. Operating multiple Accounts, whether under the same identity or different identities, is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances.
5. Self-Exclusion Status: You must not be enrolled in any active self-exclusion programme on moi4d or any other platform that covers moi4d's gaming services. Attempting to register while subject to a self-exclusion order is a breach of these Terms.
6. Employees and Associates: Employees, directors, consultants, agents, and immediate family members of moi4d or any affiliated entity are not eligible to hold a Member Account or place real-money bets on the Platform.

3 Account Registration

To access betting and gaming services on moi4d, you must register a Member Account. The following conditions apply to the registration process and the ongoing maintenance of your Account:

1. Accurate Information: You are required to provide truthful, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name as it appears on your KTP, valid email address, date of birth, and residential address within Indonesia. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
2. Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. moi4d will never ask you to disclose your password via any communication channel. You must notify moi4d immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.
3. KYC Verification: moi4d reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to: a clear photocopy of your Indonesian KTP (Kartu Tanda Penduduk), proof of residential address dated within three months, and a selfie photograph holding your ID document. Accounts that fail to complete KYC within the specified timeframe may be restricted or closed.
4. Account Updates: You must promptly update your Account details if any information changes. Failure to maintain accurate Account information may result in delayed or rejected withdrawal requests.
5. One Account Per Device/Household: moi4d monitors for multiple Account registrations from the same device, IP address, or household. Where this is detected and cannot be satisfactorily explained, all associated Accounts may be suspended.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on moi4d are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). The following terms govern the movement of funds into and out of your Account:

4.1 Deposits

• Deposits may be made via BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Mandiri (Bank Mandiri), CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.
• The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50.000 for bank transfers and Rp 20.000 for e-wallet transactions. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method; refer to the Payment Methods page for current limits.
• Deposits made during WIB banking hours (approximately 08:00–21:00 WIB) via major Indonesian banks typically process within five minutes. Off-peak transfers may take up to 24 hours.
• moi4d does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Funds must originate from a bank account or e-wallet registered in the Member's own name. Third-party deposits will be returned and the associated Account may be suspended.
• moi4d does not charge deposit fees. Standard inter-bank transfer fees charged by your financial institution remain your responsibility.

4.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements. Where this is not possible, moi4d will process to a verified bank account in the Member's name.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000. There is no maximum per-transaction withdrawal limit, though large amounts above Rp 10.000.000 may require additional security review, typically completed within 1–3 business hours during WIB business days.
• All withdrawal requests require a fully verified Account (KYC complete). Unverified Accounts may not process withdrawals.
• moi4d targets same-business-day processing for withdrawal requests submitted before 18:00 WIB on business days (Monday to Saturday). Requests submitted outside these hours are processed the following business day.
• moi4d does not charge withdrawal fees. Standard inter-bank fees charged by the receiving financial institution remain outside moi4d's control.
• Withdrawals of Bonus Funds are subject to full satisfaction of the applicable Wagering Requirement before the funds become eligible for withdrawal.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

moi4d offers a range of promotional incentives to both new and returning Members. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms published alongside each individual offer:

1. Eligibility: Bonus offers are available to eligible Members only. moi4d reserves the right to restrict bonus availability based on Account status, payment method, jurisdiction, or prior bonus activity.
2. Wagering Requirements: All Bonus Funds are subject to a Wagering Requirement before withdrawal is permitted. The applicable multiplier will be stated in the specific promotion terms. Unless otherwise specified, the standard Wagering Requirement is 30x the bonus amount.
3. Bonus Expiry: Bonus Funds that are not used within the stated validity period (typically 7–30 days from award, as specified per promotion) will expire and be removed from the Account Balance without notice or compensation.
4. Game Contributions: Not all game types contribute equally toward satisfying a Wagering Requirement. Slots typically contribute 100%. Live casino table games, baccarat, and roulette may contribute at a reduced rate (e.g., 10–20%). Specific contribution rates are published in each promotion's individual terms.
5. Maximum Bet During Bonus Play: While Bonus Funds remain active and a Wagering Requirement is outstanding, the maximum bet per round is limited to Rp 50.000 or the equivalent stake in any game. Bets exceeding this limit during active bonus play may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
6. One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus may be active on an Account at any given time. New bonus activations while a Wagering Requirement is outstanding are not permitted unless the platform explicitly allows bonus stacking in the specific promotion terms.
7. Abuse and Fraud: moi4d monitors bonus activity for patterns indicative of abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk hedging strategies, use of automated betting scripts, collusion between multiple Accounts, or systematic exploitation of bonus terms. Accounts found to be abusing bonus structures will have bonuses voided and may be permanently suspended.
8. Withdrawal Before Wagering Requirement Completion: If a withdrawal is requested before the Wagering Requirement on active Bonus Funds is fully satisfied, moi4d reserves the right to deduct the outstanding Bonus Funds and any bonus-derived winnings from the withdrawal amount.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

The following rules apply to all betting and gaming activity conducted through the moi4d Platform:

1. Finality of Bets: Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the Platform, it is final and cannot be cancelled or amended by the Member, except where moi4d's specific game rules provide for a cancellation option (e.g., cash-out features on certain sportsbook markets).
2. Odds and Prices: All odds, prices, and payout ratios displayed on the Platform are subject to change up to the moment a bet is accepted. moi4d reserves the right to correct obvious errors in published odds. Bets placed on clearly erroneous odds (palpable errors) may be voided and stakes returned.
3. Togel Markets: Togel (lottery) draw results are sourced from the official result feeds of the respective international lottery pools (Singapore, Hong Kong, Sydney, Macau, and others). moi4d is not responsible for any delays or discrepancies in third-party result feeds beyond its reasonable control. In the event of a disputed result, the official draw outcome from the source pool's published records is final.
4. Football Betting: For bandar bola (Asian handicap) and mix parlay (accumulator) markets, settlement is based on the official result at the conclusion of ninety minutes of regular play plus referee-added injury time, unless the specific market explicitly states otherwise (e.g., "including extra time").
5. Live Casino and Table Games: All live-dealer games are conducted by licensed studio operators. In the event of a technical disconnection during an active game round, the round outcome will be determined by the game server's last recorded state. moi4d's recorded game logs are considered authoritative for dispute resolution purposes.
6. RTP and Fairness: All random-number-generated (RNG) games on moi4d are independently certified. Published RTP (Return to Player) percentages represent long-term statistical averages across millions of game rounds and do not guarantee any individual session outcome.
7. Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Each game and betting market has its own minimum and maximum stake limits, displayed within the game or market interface. These limits may be adjusted by moi4d at any time without prior notice.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the moi4d Platform. Violation of any of the provisions below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of all Account balances:

• Registering more than one Account or assisting another person in doing so.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of registration, KYC verification, or financial transactions.
• Using automated betting scripts, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any software designed to gain an unfair advantage over the Platform or other players.
• Colluding with other Members, whether on the same network or otherwise, to exploit game mechanics, bonus terms, or betting markets.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including depositing funds derived from illegal activities or using the Platform as a conduit for transferring illicit funds.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, modify, or interfere with any part of the Platform's software, infrastructure, or security systems.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors — any such exploit must be reported to [email protected] immediately. Knowingly exploiting an error constitutes fraud.
• Impersonating another Member, moi4d staff member, or any third party.
• Engaging in abusive, harassing, threatening, or discriminatory behaviour toward moi4d staff or other Members through any communication channel.
• Accessing the Platform from any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law, where moi4d's services are blocked or restricted.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the moi4d Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, domain, design, graphics, game interfaces, software, text, and underlying code — is the exclusive intellectual property of moi4d or its licensed content suppliers and is protected by applicable international intellectual property laws.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not extend to:

• Reproducing, copying, scraping, or distributing any Platform content without express written permission from moi4d.
• Creating derivative works based on Platform content.
• Using moi4d's brand name, logo, or trademarks in any commercial context or in any manner that implies an unauthorized affiliation or endorsement.

Any unauthorized use of moi4d's intellectual property may result in legal action and will automatically terminate your licence to use the Platform.

9 Privacy & Data

moi4d collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Key data processing activities include: account management, identity verification (KYC), transaction processing, fraud prevention, responsible gaming monitoring, and customer support. moi4d does not sell Member personal data to unauthorized third parties.

10 Responsible Gaming

moi4d is firmly committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. Gambling is intended as a form of entertainment; it should never be pursued as a source of income or a means to recover financial losses.

1. Age Gate: The Platform enforces a strict minimum age of 21. KYC verification is mandatory and ensures only eligible adults can access real-money gaming.
2. Self-Exclusion: Any Member may request a self-exclusion from the Platform at any time by contacting support. Self-exclusion periods range from 30 days to permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, the Member's Account will be deactivated and no new registrations will be accepted.
3. Deposit Limits: Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from within their Account settings. Once set, a limit reduction takes effect immediately; a limit increase takes effect after a mandatory 7-day cooling-off period.
4. Session Limits and Reminders: Members may configure session time reminders and hard time-out limits within Account settings to manage their gaming duration.
5. Reality Checks: The Platform provides optional pop-up notifications at intervals chosen by the Member, summarising session duration and net wagering activity.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, moi4d's total aggregate liability to any Member arising from or relating to these Terms, the Platform, or any service provided therein shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Member in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

moi4d expressly excludes liability for:

• Loss of profits, loss of data, loss of anticipated savings, or any indirect or consequential loss of any kind arising from the use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Interruptions to the Platform caused by scheduled maintenance, unscheduled technical failures, telecommunications outages, or events outside moi4d's reasonable control (force majeure), including but not limited to natural disasters, government interventions, power failures, or cyberattacks.
• Any delay in processing deposits or withdrawals caused by the Member's own financial institution, including BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, and any e-wallet provider.
• Outcomes of any bet, wager, or game round — all gaming outcomes are inherently uncertain and moi4d makes no warranties regarding any individual result.
• Any unauthorized access to a Member's Account resulting from the Member's failure to secure their login credentials.

12 Account Termination

Either party may terminate the membership relationship at any time, subject to the following conditions:

12.1 Termination by the Member: You may close your Account at any time by submitting a written request to [email protected]. Prior to closure, all outstanding Wagering Requirements must be resolved and any real-money Balance above Rp 100.000 will be returned to your verified payment method, subject to standard withdrawal processing timelines.

12.2 Termination by moi4d: moi4d reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, identity theft, or any other illegal activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Account inactivity for a continuous period exceeding 12 months. Dormant accounts will be notified by email before any administrative action is taken.
• Regulatory, legal, or compliance requirements that necessitate the restriction of services in a particular jurisdiction.

Upon termination for cause (i.e., breach of Terms), moi4d reserves the right to forfeit all Bonus Funds and bonus-derived winnings. Real-money deposits that cannot be attributed to any fraudulent activity will be returned to their verified source account after completion of any required investigations.

13 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which moi4d holds its international gaming licence. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the parties agree to submit any dispute arising from these Terms to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the relevant licensing territory.

Where a Member is located in Indonesia, nothing in these Terms shall be construed to override any mandatory consumer protection rights afforded to Indonesian residents under applicable Indonesian consumer law, to the extent that such rights cannot be contractually excluded.

Disputes that cannot be resolved through moi4d's internal complaints process (see Section 15 — Contact Us) may be referred to the relevant regulatory or licensing body under which moi4d operates. moi4d will cooperate fully with any such regulatory investigation.

14 Amendments

moi4d reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes of a material nature will be communicated to registered Members via email notification to the address on file, with a minimum notice period of seven (7) days before the revised Terms take effect.

Non-material changes (such as typographical corrections, clarifications that do not alter Member rights, or formatting updates) may be made without advance notice. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent revision.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must close your Account before the effective date of the changes.

moi4d is committed to resolving all Member disputes fairly and efficiently. Where an internal resolution cannot be reached, moi4d will provide information on the applicable external dispute resolution body.
