Separate from session limits, Reality Check notifications can be enabled to display a pop-up reminder at intervals you choose (every 30, 60, or 90 minutes) showing elapsed play time and net wagering result, allowing you to make an informed decision about whether to continue. Configurable in Account SettingsA cooling-off period is a short, voluntary break from the Platform — typically 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a cooling-off period, your Account remains open and your Balance is preserved, but you cannot deposit or place bets. Cooling-off requests submitted to [email protected] are processed within one hour during WIB business hours. Unlike deposit limit increases, a cooling-off period cannot be shortened once activated — it runs its full course.
