moi4d's Platform is strictly restricted to individuals aged 21 and above. moi4d does not knowingly collect personal data from any person under the age of 21. All registration attempts are subject to age verification, and KYC checks are performed to confirm compliance with the minimum age requirement.
If moi4d discovers that personal data has been collected from a person under 21 — whether through a false declaration at registration or any other means — that data will be deleted immediately, the associated Account will be permanently closed, and any deposits held will be returned to their verified source. Personal data is not held indefinitely. moi4d applies documented retention schedules to all data categories. Financial records are kept for 7 years as required by AML regulations; technical logs are purged after 12 months. When a retention period expires, data is securely deleted or anonymized.
